PlanetSeggu.com is an online e-commerce networking service for both personal and business individuals ("members") that allows members to create unique personal profiles and / or communities online in order to find, buy, sell, promote, network, organize events and / or communicate with individual and businesses internationally. The services offered by PlanetSeggu.com ("PlanetSeggu.com" or "we") include the PlanetSeggu.com website (the "Global Millionaires Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Website"), the PlanetSeggu.com Internet messaging and networking service, and any other features, content, or application offered from time to time by PlanetSeggu.com in connection with the Global Millionaires Corporation's Website (collectively, the "PlanetSeggu.com Services" are owned and operated by Global Millionaires Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("Owner")).

This Member Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the PlanetSeggu.com Services. By using the PlanetSeggu.com Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse through the PlanetSeggu.com Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered as a member with PlanetSeggu.com). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the PlanetSeggu.com Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. PlanetSeggu.com MAY AMMEND OR MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME (WTIHOUT PRIOR NOTICE), AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

This Agreement includes PlanetSeggu.com's policy for acceptable use of the Global Millionaires Corporation Services and Content posted on the PlanetSeggu.com Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the PlanetSeggu.com Services and PlanetSeggu.com's Privacy Policy. In order to participate in certain PlanetSeggu.com Services, you may be notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the PlanetSeggu.com Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. Your PlanetSeggu.com profile may not include the following items: telephone numbers (personal or business number that you do not wish to reveal to others), street addresses (your home address), last names, and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. You must not include details on any application or process which may be patentable unless you have secured the patent or this is pending-if you do disclose this it may invalidate any patent application you later make. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other PlanetSeggu.com Members (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, copyright infringement, and PlanetSeggu.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any such material. Please note that the PlanetSeggu.com Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned and or controlled by PlanetSeggu.com. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for: the content, privacy policies, or practices for any third party websites. You expressly agree that we shall not be help responsible or liable that may arise from your use of any third party websites. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions of each website that you visit. If you become aware of any such misuse of the PlanetSeggu.com Services by any person, individual and/or business, please contact us by sending an email to support@PlanetSeggu.com.

PlanetSeggu.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the PlanetSeggu.com Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

  1. Eligibility. Use of and Membership in the PlanetSeggu.com Services is void where prohibited. By using the PlanetSeggu.com Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the PlanetSeggu.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age or are using this service without the supervision of your parent or guardian. If you do not quality please refrain from using our services. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement.


  2. Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the PlanetSeggu.com Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page. You agree that you will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity. You may not register for more than one account, register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a user account on behalf on behalf of any group or entity. You also agree that PlanetSeggu.com does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions, displays and publications ("postings") on this site. PlanetSeggu.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this entire Agreement will remain in effect.


  3. Fees. You acknowledge that PlanetSeggu.com reserves the right to charge for the PlanetSeggu.com Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. PlanetSeggu.com may terminate your access to the Site and / or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address you provide in your application for membership or such other e-mail address as you may later provide to PlanetSeggu.com. If PlanetSeggu.com terminates your membership in the PlanetSeggu.com Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused portion of the Subscription fees or any other fees that may be involved. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Sites in a timely manner with a valid payment method. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 4 -19, inclusive, of this Agreement.


  4. USER ID & Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a User ID and password to complete the registration process. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You are directly responsible for your own account information and you shall not permit any individual either directly or indirectly, or any other person to utilize your User ID and or password. You agree to notify PlanetSeggu.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. Illegal and / or unauthorized use of the PlanetSeggu.com Services, including collecting usernames and / or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the PlanetSeggu.com Website is prohibited.


  5. Copyrights, Trademarks, Licences & Intellectual Property Rights in Content. PlanetSeggu.com does not claim any ownership rights in any publication of the content and / or materials that is submitted by the users on this site. Other product and company names mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. PlanetSeggu.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the PlanetSeggu.com Services. After posting your Content to the PlanetSeggu.com Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. You hereby affirm and agree that by submitting the User Submissions to PlanetSeggu.com, you hereby grant PlanetSeggu.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the PlanetSeggu.com Website and PlanetSeggu.com's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the PlanetSeggu.com Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the PlanetSeggu.com Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. This licence will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the PlanetSeggu.com Services. We strongly suggest that users to be law abiding citizens and that you do not violate any of these terms and conditions herein and the laws of your jurisdiction.   • promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
  • post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the Sites;
  • violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies that have been stipulated herein;
  • furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

  • distribute or post spam, chain letters, unsolicited mass mailings or pyramid schemes You are not permitted to transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the PlanetSeggu.com Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, PlanetSeggu.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send through our community newsletter postings to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which PlanetSeggu.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion. If you breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk email, instant messages or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the PlanetSeggu.com Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to PlanetSeggu.com. However, the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain and as a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay PlanetSeggu.com $100 for each such unsolicited email or other unsolicited communication you send through the PlanetSeggu.com Services;
  • involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
  • includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent; or
  • distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm PlanetSeggu.com, or the interests or property of PlanetSeggu.com members;
  • copy, modify, or distribute content from the Sites and PlanetSeggu.com's copyrights and trademarks; or
  • harvest or otherwise collect information about members, including email addresses, without their consent.

You should only give as much as necessary where requested and you should not disclose any information that is to be treated as commercial in confidence. There are just too many con artists and scam artists around the world, and they are everywhere. Be wary of those who try to ask money from you for whatever reason. But it would be safer to cut off the communication. Remember a genuine person will not ask you for money in any circumstance. Using your own good judgment is your best bet because ultimately you are responsible for your personal experience. PlanetSeggu.com will support the FBI and any other relevant authorities in cases where members report wrongdoing of another member to their local police or the relevant authorities to tackle fraudulent people.

    Report any attacks or threats - Don't be embarrassed to report problems to the police. Remember, if you don't report them, the same thing could happen to someone else. PlanetSeggu.com will extend any support required by the relevant authorities with cases that are reported to them.


  8. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 & 2 (Use of the Service), 5 & 6 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 14 (Indemnification), 15 (Third Party Rights) and 17 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.


  9. Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Malaysia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between PlanetSeggu.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Malaysia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and PlanetSeggu.com's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
